About Carisa

Hi, I’m Carisa Lynn — a personal trainer, mind–body coach, and alcohol-free (sober) since 2014.

This app was created through my own journey and over 10 years of working with 1,000+ women in the fitness and recovery space. My background includes personal training, bikini competition coaching, nutritional recovery, yoga and meditation, and now somatic stretch-strength training — all shaped by real-life experience, trial and error, and growth.

I know firsthand that when a woman stops drinking, she needs a different kind of support — shared understanding, familiar language, and guidance from someone who truly gets it. This is a judgment-free space, meeting you where you are at, and rooted in love and grace.

Here, we focus on faith-led fitness, breath-led somatic movement, and nervous-system regulation to help you build calm, steady strength without burning out.
